This immersive pop-up transforms the science of skincare into a sensory spatial journey, allowing guests to “enter the skin” and experience the power of collagen through architecture, light, and interaction. Designed for the launch of Age Perfect Collagène Royal, the experience translates product efficacy into emotional storytelling across a sequence of spaces.

Guests arrive at the Reception – “Enter the Skin,” where fluid golden forms and glowing textures evoke collagen entering the skin’s layers. The journey opens into the Central Space – “Source of Skin Energy,” a monumental installation inspired by collagen activation and delivery. A suspended “Honey Pot” sculpture releases luminous particles through transparent tubes, visualizing collagen traveling through the skin and activating vitality at every layer.

Three experiential rooms interpret the product’s core benefits.



Regeneration Force explores the product’s collagen-rebuilding power. At the entrance, a magnifier installation invites guests to “zoom into” the skin and uncover key functional information about regenerated collagen fibers. Inside, soft cellular landscapes and organic chambers visualize collagen renewal and the interaction between collagen cells and fibers, translating microscopic regeneration into a walkable environment.

Lifting Force visualizes the product’s structural firming technology through the metaphor of a “Collagen Stapler.” Layered planes, anchored elements, and upward-flowing structures represent how seven types of collagen reinforce the dermis and basal membrane, stabilizing skin structure and lifting sagging contours. Interactive magnification points reveal the five core collagen functions beneath the skin’s surface.

The journey concludes in Hydration Force - a warm, honey-toned Café Lounge inspired by the richness of the cream’s texture, where comfort and nourishment are expressed through soft lighting and tactile surfaces.

Guests are invited to sit beneath a soft glowing, cream-like ceiling form while a rotating display belt presents products for hands-on trial during afternoon tea, transforming sampling into a relaxed, social ritual. Throughout the experience, scientific narratives are translated into immersive environments that make invisible skincare mechanisms visible, emotional, and memorable.

This project reimagines beauty retail as an experiential narrative—where technology becomes atmosphere, product science becomes art, and skincare becomes a spatial story of regeneration, lift, and nourishment.
