The Esports World Cup is one of the most influential global gaming stages, bringing together 2,000 players, 200 clubs, and competitors from more than 100 countries to compete for a 70 million dollar prize pool. As the Official PC Partner, Lenovo Legion seized this moment to prove its performance credentials while building deeper connections with the global gaming community. Our ambition was fivefold: strengthen global visibility, build trust with Gen Z and Millennial gamers, foster authentic community connection, convert event excitement into product consideration, and showcase Legion innovation under the highest competitive pressure. We delivered a fully integrated 360° activation across digital and physical touchpoints. At the heart of the experience was the Lenovo Legion x Intel booth in Creator Park, featuring daily gaming challenges, live leaderboards, giveaways, and a full ecosystem showcase that drew 31,000 visitors and generated 2,520 qualified leads. Creator collaborations amplified the experience globally, offering behind-the-scenes access and authentic storytelling that resonated with younger audiences. On the ground, the nine-foot Legion Loot Boss became a viral spectacle, while a full Boulevard City screen takeover cemented Legion’s dominance during a key campaign moment. #HerLegion further reinforced inclusivity through a dedicated female gaming night. Despite complex logistics and real-time adjustments, the activation ran seamlessly. The results were decisive: 3.2 million organic impressions, 500+ press mentions, 147% growth in organic engagement, and a 66.7% lift in Amazon EU5 sales per visit during the campaign window.
