Enerjisa Üretim TFB Garden

TFB Garden is Enerjisa Üretim’s annual celebration of unity, passion, and teamwork — a tradition that has grown from a small court into one of the company’s most meaningful cultural symbols.

Born in 2019 at the Tufanbeyli Energy Hub, what started as a modest basketball event now brings together more than 1,000 employees from across Turkey and abroad.

This year, 80 teams competed with the same energy that drives our business, turning every game into a shared moment of pride and connection.

Beyond the court, the event transformed into a vibrant festival with wellness zones, workshops, local cuisines, and DJ performances — designed to recharge both body and spirit.

Organized by a 265-person team, TFB Garden continues to strengthen our culture of belonging across every corner of Enerjisa Üretim.
