ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developer, unveiled its new brand identity, emphasizing its core values and commitment to sustainable, future-forward communities. To mark this transformation, we crafted a high-end 3D animation video that visually represented the essence of ROSHN’s identity while delivering an impactful logo reveal.



Concept & Creative Approach

The concept of the video was built around ROSHN’s seven key pillars:

• Sustainability

• Security and Safety

Each pillar was translated into a sleek, abstract 3D representation, designed with minimalist aesthetics and fluid transitions to maintain a seamless visual narrative. The motion design emphasized a modern and dynamic flow, symbolizing ROSHN’s progressive vision.



Visual Execution

• Scene Design: Each sequence was crafted to reflect the core attributes of its pillar

• Flowing Transitions: Visuals transitioning from one pillar scene to another, ensuring a cohesive and immersive experience

• 3D Motion Dynamics: The animation maintained a balance between elegance and energy, creating a captivating visual journey

• Final Logo Reveal: The video culminated in a bold, cinematic 3D reveal of the ROSHN logo, reinforcing the strength and future-driven identity of the brand
