ULTRA 2025 marked a before and after in the history of our company. In its 4th edition, the epicenter of our vision moved to Lima, Peru, bringing together more than 3,500 attendees at the Coliseo Dibós during 3 unforgettable days, where we reached historic milestones and consolidated a new chapter in the global expansion of our organization.



Under the concept “New Generation,” this event was much more than a convention: it was the beginning of a new era of conscious entrepreneurship, where leaders from all over Latin America gathered with a shared vision: to transform the industry through purpose, innovation, and authenticity.



More than 20 speakers on stage shared ideas that fueled a new generation of leaders. Among them, Marcus Dantus, a renowned international speaker and member of Shark Tank Mexico, contributed a powerful vision on innovation and leadership. At the same time, new launches, international expansions, upcoming retreats, and special recognitions were announced.



This edition also introduced a new feature: our first Hall of Fame, a space where we celebrated the achievements that have driven our growth and recognized those who have left a legacy within our community.



During months of planning and execution, a whole team deployed its talent and commitment through strategies that integrated creativity, logistics, production, and communication to build an unforgettable experience. This event was developed almost entirely with the company’s own resources, reflecting the capability, professionalism, and strength of our internal talent. Every campaign, graphic piece, and audiovisual asset was designed to convey the essence of ULTRA and strengthen the connection with our community.



We had extensive coverage in traditional media such as television, radio, and press. In addition, on digital platforms, we surpassed one million views, generating continuous conversation and expanding our brand’s visibility across Latin America.



“ULTRA 2025: New Generation” not only exceeded expectations; it ignited a new generation of leaders committed to creating a real and lasting impact.
